Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered. My background includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, and self‐esteem challenges. I strive to create a warm, safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I combine evidence‐based methods such as cognitive‐behavioral therapy, person‐centered therapy, and mindfulness‐based strategies to help clients build insight and create meaningful change. I work in a warm, non‐judgmental style that encourages openness, self‐reflection, and growth. My focus is on helping clients feel understood while also gently challenging patterns that may be holding them back.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can share what’s been going on in your life at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what support looks like for you. I’ll ask gentle questions to help us understand your goals and begin building a plan together. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and confident that you’re in a safe place to grow and heal.
