Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am Janette, and I’ve spent my career helping adults navigate life’s challenges, from anxiety, depression, and ADHD/ADD to grief, major transitions, and career-related stress. I hold a Masters in Counseling and Development and have experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting adults as they work toward personal growth and emotional wellness.

I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re juggling responsibilities, coping with stress, or trying to make sense of past experiences. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to help clients develop practical tools for managing emotions and creating meaningful change.

I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I want every client to know that therapy is a collaborative process, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to start — just showing up is enough.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, client-centered approach, using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I focus on building practical tools for managing stress, regulating emotions, and navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you—what matters most, what feels challenging, and how we can start making things feel easier.
