Great to meet you!

I integrate strategies from a variety of modalities, customizing the therapy experience to each individual. I help individuals navigate life challenges, keeping an open mind combined with a gentle, compassionate approach and always considering the client's personal value system. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address mood, anxiety, trauma, adjustments, identity, relationships and life changes, moving toward growth, peace, and a more fulfilling life experience.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, developed through years of experience. I am grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, schema therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and positive therapy.
