Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping others to live their authentic lives. I work collaboratively with clients who are struggling with unhelpful thoughts and emotions, coping with stress, maintaining meaningful relationships, and navigating life transitions. As a member of the LGBTQ community, compassion and acceptance for all identities is at the heart of my work. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space for every client.

My approach to therapy

My style is flexible and down-to-earth. I'll tailor our sessions to what works best for you, combining approaches that help you notice and change unhelpful thinking patterns, develop more compassion for yourself, and understand how past experiences shape how you relate to other people and yourself. I am trained in psychological assessment as well as therapy and I believe both can be used to empower clients to make decisions and understand themselves better.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll talk about your goals and where you feel stuck. I'll ask questions to get to know you. There's no judgment here--every person has a story and a reason that they do the things they do. If things feel right to you, we'll collaborate on a plan to help you feel better and live more authentically.
