My approach to therapy

She grew up in a culture where mental health stigma was prevalent, and many people were suffering in silence. She is proud to be able to provide an open mind to people to ease up their mental health burden by understanding where their emotions are coming from. With her extensive knowledge, experience, and empathetic approach, Janice strives to help patients live happier, calmer, and more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me
