Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in therapy for adults with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout. I work with many first-generation, BIPOC, and bicultural clients navigating stress, identity, relationships, and the emotional impact of feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns that may be affecting your daily life while also building practical tools, systems, and strategies that feel realistic and sustainable for you.

I earned my PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and aim to create a therapy space that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded in your real-life experiences and goals.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), culturally responsive therapy, and strengths-based approaches tailored to each client’s goals, culture, and lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, we’ll explore your background, current challenges, and goals so we can better understand what support would feel most helpful for you. Therapy is collaborative, and I tailor sessions to your preferences, whether you benefit from more structure, flexibility, or a balance of both.
