Great to meet you!

Looking forward to working with you!

I work with individuals and couples, believing the quality of our relationships deeply shapes the quality of our lives. My style is direct, transparent, and interactive—I’m not the kind of therapist who passively nods throughout a session. Instead, I am straightforward and engage fully, offer honest feedback, and will challenge stuck thought processes when helpful. My sessions prioritize moving toward meaningful change.

I enjoy working with relationship issues, anxiety, and trauma.

I practice from a feminist perspective and am affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, offering an inclusive, supportive space.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily behavioral - effecting lasting change to positively impact your life.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Relational Therapy as the foundation of my work. I also have training and experience in CBT, CPT, DBT, and several modalities tailored specifically for relationships.

My approach is active and collaborative: we’ll identify how you want to show up for yourself and the kind of life you want to create, then work together to make it a reality. I’ll meet you where you are, while also encouraging you to move beyond your comfort zone toward real growth.

What you can expect from me

How sessions initially unfold depends on your needs and goals. For most, in the first session we'll talk about what feels most important to you right now. We'll explore what brings you in to therapy and where you want to begin. We'll also touch on strategies so you can leave the session with something immediately useful.
