Great to meet you!

I am pleased to meet you on your journey of self care and growth. I have been a licensed therapist, LCSW, for over 22+ yrs obtaining my master's degree from University of Southern California, ranked #7 in the nation at the time as a strong clinical institution. I've worked in many areas (healthcare, schools etc.) and specialize in relationship issues, grief/loss, family conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression & other mood disorders, coaching, Christian counseling, cultural and systemic issues.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach teaming up with my clients to meet their goals. I have enjoyed working with individuals from various cultures using an eclectic theoretical approach tailored to fit each client's specific needs to make it personal. Further, my style encompasses solution focused cognitive behavior therapy building on my clients' current strengths to transform their lives.

What you can expect from me

Social and emotional wellness can be obtained. The outcome of treatment depends largely on your willingness to engage in the process as there are no miracle cures. However, I can promise to hold space and support you and do my best to understand you and repeating patterns, as well as help you clarify what it is that you want for yourself. I have witnessed my clients transform their lives and step into their power from doing the work. I look forward to seeing you in session!
