Dr. Janice Garcia Guzman is a board-certified adult psychiatrist, fellowship-trained and specializing in women’s and reproductive mental health. She provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults across a wide range of mental health conditions, with particular expertise in supporting women from preconception and pregnancy through postpartum and menopause. At Pieur Wellness, we believe maternal mental health matters, and that women deserve thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care that supports both emotional wellness and overall quality of life.

Dr. Guzman completed her psychiatry residency and fellowship training at Columbia University in New York. As a bilingual psychiatrist fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care, ensuring language is never a barrier to receiving quality mental health support.
