Hello. I have been in practice for over 21 years, as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC/LPC) in North Carolina. I provide psychotherapy services for trauma, depression, grief issues, adjustment disorders, and anxiety for both children and adults. Through this window of time, I have learned that there is no perfect life, childhood, marriage, or perfect people.

Through the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Mindfulness, and other theories, what I do offer is not a place for perfection but rather a place to pause... breathe.... think.... talk,... as well as a place of support, with no judgment.

What the above approach does give is a concept I call "pausing". So consider taking the next minute to put your thoughts on "pause" and imagine how much peace this concept could bring into your life.
