Great to meet you!

I have been a professional counselor for more than 30 years, helping women and adolescents navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Texas Tech University and served as a women’s minister for more than 20 years. I specialize in women’s issues, life transitions, grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem, and adolescent challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical, with Christian counseling available for those who desire it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I believe clients need a safe place to feel heard, understood, and free to explore what they are experiencing. Together, we work through challenges, identify strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and find a path forward. For clients who desire it, I integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to counseling. I’ll listen carefully to your concerns, answer questions, and help you begin to identify goals for our work together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and encouraged about the path ahead.
