Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t always easy, and I’m glad you’re here. With 19 years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, stress, and some of life’s most difficult transitions. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, heal from what has been weighing them down, and create meaningful change in their lives. It would be my privilege to support you on your own journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative—I’ll listen and support you, but I’ll also ask questions and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and build on the strengths you already have. Most importantly, our work will be tailored to you, your experiences, and what you want to accomplish in therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you beyond what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been happening in your life, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs, and together we’ll begin identifying goals for our work. My priority is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear about our next steps.
