Great to meet you!

I can help guide you through the ups and downs of life. I can teach you new skills to better manage your life and your emotions. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in destructive thought patterns. You want to change but you don’t know how. I can help you move forward and gain a new perspective on your life. A perspective that focuses on the solution and not the problem.

My approach to therapy

I am goal-oriented and interactive with clients. My style is to build on your strengths and help you change some of the destructive patterns that stand in your way. I’m easy-going, down-to-earth and authentic. None of that “politically correct” stuff. I am a trauma informed therapist. My expertise is in relationships, boundary setting, family concerns, substance abuse, depression, trauma and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

You may feel like the people in your life just don’t get you. Well, I do. I can help you to feel heard and understood. Therapy can sometimes be difficult, but I’ll be right there with you. You don’t have to go it alone. I have 20+ years of experience working with adults and adolescents from all walks of life.
