Greetings, I am Janice M. Porter, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background to include working with people with trauma, children who have experience foster care, military family issues, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

I like a positive and empowering approach to therapeutic intervention. I think it is important to feel empowered in your life and it starts with increasing your self-esteem and finding your unique strengths. I utilize a person-centered approach where you are empowered to be comfortable taking control of your journey to healing.
