Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, combining evidence-based strategies with genuine compassion. Having experienced the benefits of therapy myself as a teenager and adult, I understand how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner.

I specialize in helping teens and adults strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, regulate their nervous systems, and manage anxiety so they can move forward with greater confidence and purpose. My goal is to help you build the life you want—not just cope with the one you have.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, and build on your strengths to create lasting change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to make meaningful progress both in and outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation where we begin exploring what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant background, and the goals that matter most to you.

Because my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you move forward—not by dwelling on the past unless it's helpful, but by identifying strategies to manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, regulate your nervous system, and build the life you want. Ready to get started? I'm here. Talk soon!
