Great to meet you!

I believe that people come to therapy because they want to change their life for the better . With the current stressors in life that we are all facing I believe that the root causes of difficulty are developmental or situational, circumstantial, or sometimes trauma based. I work with individuals to lighten sadness, grief or anxiety, or to gain a greater understanding of one's self in a non-judgemental, safe space. I strongly believe that each client is unique and I customize my treatment to your specific needs, drawing on over 25 years of extensive training as a psychotherapist practicing a wide range of psychotherapeutic modalities. My specialties include: Stress and Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Illness, Management of Life Changes, Grief/Bereavement. Losses in life and developing a path forward is especially challenging yet I strongly believe in our ability to marshal our strengths to move forward. Ultimately, I will collaborate with you in forging your own unique path with less pain, more fun and joy in life.
