Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is for everyone, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I understand that being vulnerable can feel scary, and I’m here to support you with compassion and understanding as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I use an Adlerian perspective, exploring how family dynamics and childhood experiences shape who we are today. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-acceptance, stronger relationships, and the confidence to navigate challenges and create a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. I’ll work to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and supported. We’ll begin identifying your needs and developing a plan together that feels right for you.
