Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, unfocused, emotionally drained, or like you have been carrying everything by yourself for too long? You do not have to show up with the perfect words or have everything figured out before starting care. Come as you are. I will meet you right where you are.

My style is down-to-earth, real, compassionate, and judgment-free. I do not believe in cookie-cutter mental health care, and I do not believe people should feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to when they are asking for help. I take time to listen, understand what is really going on, and help you make sense of the symptoms affecting your daily life.

At Thirty-One Wholistic Healthcare, treatment is about the whole you: mind, body, and spirit. Care may include medication management, supportive therapy during visits, coping tools, lifestyle strategies, wellness education, and a plan that actually fits your life.

I work with adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, insomnia, mood changes, stress, burnout, and feeling stuck in survival mode. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, focused, supported, and hopeful again.

I am not here to judge you or make you feel like something is wrong with you. I am here to walk alongside you, help you feel seen and heard, and create a realistic path forward. Healing starts with connection, and I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

I believe care should feel personal, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. When we work together, my goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and not feel judged for what you are going through. You do not have to have the right words or have everything figured out before starting. I will meet you where you are.

My care style is down-to-earth, supportive, and whole-person focused. I take time to understand what is affecting your daily life, whether that is mood, anxiety, focus, sleep, trauma, stress, hormones, metabolism, or feeling disconnected from yourself. From there, we work together to build a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your life.

Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy during visits, wellness education, lifestyle strategies, and prevention-focused care. I want you to feel like an active part of your treatment, not just someone being told what to do.

Through telehealth, care is flexible and accessible, making it easier to receive support while balancing work, family, and life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, supported, and like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Starting care can feel like a big step, especially if you have been carrying a lot on your own. In our first session, my goal is to make the process feel comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free. You do not have to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out. Just come as you are.

We will talk about what has been going on, what symptoms are affecting your daily life, and what you are hoping will feel different. I take time to understand your story, your health history, your stressors, your lifestyle, and the goals that matter to you. This is not about rushing through a checklist. It is about getting a full picture of you so we can create a plan that actually fits your life.

Together, we may discuss medication options, therapy support, coping tools, lifestyle strategies, sleep, mood, focus, stress, hormones, metabolism, and whole-person wellness when appropriate. You will have space to ask questions, share concerns, and be involved in your care.

By the end of your first visit, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and more clear about your next steps. No pressure. No judgment. Just a real conversation and a safe place to start moving toward feeling better.
