Hello, I'm Ja'Nika, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Do you often feel symptoms of depression, self-doubt, or loneliness? Sometimes it can be very difficult to find someone to connect with, who also has a nonjudgmental view and a listening ear. It is very possible that you may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, or simply feeling uncertain. I can help you navigate those thoughts and explore your emotions to help you reach inner peace.
Engaging in therapy can be scary, especially if it's your first time, but what I enjoy most is being an active listener and helping others realize that they are not alone. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to explore thoughts and emotions and help you make a connection between how you feel, the way you think, and the behavior that follows.
