Great to meet you!

With more than 12 years experience, I provide excellent quality comprehensive evaluations and high standards of care and treatment. Although I have a great track record of treating various mental health conditions including complex and serious mental illness, I am especially interested in the diagnosis and treatment of personality disorders that are usually missed by even seasoned providers, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorders, PTSD, amongst others. I am passionate about the care that I provides, observant and sensitive to the needs of my patients, show consistent empathy to others, and always willing to assist in the care of my patients. My multifaceted personality has led me to explore painting during the pandemic with a highly successful one-person art exhibit in 2023. I intend to infuse my art and music in helping my patients heal.

My approach to therapy

🎨🧠 Where Psychiatry Meets Creative Healing

Mental health is not just about symptom management— it’s about wholeness.

It’s about giving the soul room to breathe, express, and be heard in ways that words can’t always capture.

Psychiatry gives us the science—

the tools to understand the brain, treat imbalances, and hold space for healing.

But art gives us freedom.

Music gives us rhythm.

And wellness gives us balance.

Together, they form a healing language that transcends diagnosis.

🎶 A melody can soothe what anxiety shatters.

🎨 A brushstroke can release what the heart has held too long.

🌿 A breath, a movement, a moment of stillness can become medicine.

We don’t have to choose between science and soul.

We can practice psychiatry that is not only evidence-based—but also expressive, embodied, and empowering.

Because recovery isn’t just about surviving.

It’s about reconnecting—with ourselves, with others, with meaning.

Let’s build a model of mental health care that honors the full spectrum of what it means to be human.

Let’s make space for creativity, community, and compassion.

What you can expect from me

🎡 “Where Psychiatry Meets Creative Healing

A new language of mental wellness—spoken in melody, color, and care.

🧠 The Science

Psychiatry is the foundation.

It helps us understand the brain, trauma, mood, and thought.

🧬 But healing isn’t just clinical—it’s also deeply creative.

🎨 The Expression

Art gives emotion shape.

When words fall short, the brush speaks.

What we create can become what heals us.

🎶 The Rhythm

Music isn’t background noise—it’s therapy.

A song can soothe, awaken, regulate, and reconnect.

Your nervous system listens.

🌿 The Wellness

Movement, mindfulness, rest, breath.

These are not luxuries—they’re lifelines.

A regulated body supports a healing mind.

🧩 The Integration

We don’t have to choose between science and soul.

Real mental health care can be clinical and creative,

structured and spontaneous.

❤️ The Human

We are not just symptoms.

We are stories. Songs. Paintings. Silence.

We are worthy of care that sees all of us.

✨ The Vision

Let’s reimagine psychiatry.

Let’s make room for compassion, creativity, and community.

Let’s make healing an art form.

🎼 “This is healing. This is art. This is psychiatry reimagined.”
