Great to meet you!

Hello! I am looking forward to meeting you! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 plus years of experience with working with adults, teenagers, children and families in a variety of different settings including the public school setting, hospital and psychiatric outpatient facilities.

My strengths include my ability to listen empathically and without judgement and help you learn how to feel more positive about yourself and end the frustration of negative thoughts.

My approach to therapy

Building a relationship of trust is the foundation of my approach to therapy. Once trust is established in the therapeutic relationship we can begin to work together and problem solve to identify and develop goals to assist you in living a more fulfilling and happy life.

What you can expect from me

I concentrate on the strength based, solution focused therapeutic model. I believe we are the experts of our own experiences. I will assist and guide you in a safe, caring and confidential setting to help you work through trauma sensitive and sometimes painful issues. My goal is to teach you skills that can assist you in moving forward in life in a more positive perspective.
