I use an Integrative approach with an emphasis on Humanistic therapy, a type of psychotherapy that focuses on helping people reach their full potential by making changes that align with their values. I will empower you to explore your thoughts, process your feelings and help your self-awareness and self-compassion grow. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
We will collaborate to set goals, use evidence-based techniques and come up with a plan to help you achieve those goals. I will provide you with tools that will help you cope with difficult feelings, regulate your emotions and find healing. It would be my honor to join your journey towards living your best life!
