Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is compassionate, and empowering. I believe meaningful change happens when my clients feel genuinely heard and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My style is warm, authentic, and practical, I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to identify patterns, build on strengths, and create sustainable change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based practices. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, whether that means addressing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or navigating major life transitions.

Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and insightful. I see therapy as a partnership, one where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. My goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and balance so you can move forward with greater peace and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and cultural responsiveness. I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to build on their strengths to create meaningful change. Drawing from evidence-based practices and a person-centered framework, I integrate cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and systems-based approaches to support healing, growth, and resilience. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and purpose.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be about us getting to know each other and creating that safe space. I will make things easy and will help support you through trust and understanding. Each step will be taken with intention to ensure you meet your goals.
