Hello and welcome, I’m Dr. Janine Furdella, a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida. I appreciate your taking the first step to exploring the support you may need and desire to begin living the life you want.

My clinical training and interests include eating disorders, posttraumatic stress, depression, and anxiety. I’ve worked with adolescents, college-age students, families as a system, and those across the life span.

I’m a warm, empathic clinician, that adapts therapy individually to each client. In doing so, I utilize the treatments current research describes as beneficial including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Unified Protocol for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders (UP).

As a psychologist, I always strive to create an environment where you feel free to share your authentic self while using evidence-based practices to target the specific challenges that are interfering with your ability to be your best.
