Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Janine, and I’m really glad you’re here. I’m your licensed professional counselor with experience in anxiety, relationships, depression and life transitions. My approach is eclectic, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self.

In our sessions, you can expect me to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to explore patterns, challenges, and strengths. I’ll sometimes offer tools or strategies you can try between sessions, but we’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.

Confidentiality is very important to me—what you share here stays here, with a few legal exceptions that I’ll explain so you’re fully informed. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make the changes you want in your life.

If at any point something isn’t working for you, I welcome your feedback. This is your space, and I want it to feel right for you. I’m looking forward to working together and seeing where this journey takes us.
