Great to meet you!

I’m a queer Black woman and psychiatric prescriber who believes mental health care should feel collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the full context of who you are. I work primarily with emerging adults, artists, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as people navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and relationship or marital challenges. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, curious, and intentionally moves beyond a one-size-fits-all medical model.

My approach to therapy

Our first session begins with a 15-minute consultation, followed by a comprehensive, holistic psychiatric evaluation when appropriate. We’ll talk about your history, current concerns, goals, and treatment options, including medication when it makes sense. I also offer ongoing 30-minute psychotherapy and medication sessions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard rather than judged, and where your care is built with you, not simply prescribed to you. I’d be glad to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
