Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with seven years of experience supporting adults through a variety of mental health challenges and life experiences.

My approach is person-centered and tailored to your individual needs, goals, and experiences. Whether you are navigating the effects of trauma, struggling with your mental health, experiencing a difficult life transition, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel challenging, but reaching out is a sign of strength. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and person-centered, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care. I draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting, supportive therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from counseling.

I’ll also take time to learn more about your background, current concerns, strengths, and goals. We may begin identifying patterns, challenges, or areas you would like to work on together. Depending on your needs, we may also introduce some initial coping strategies or tools that can support you between sessions.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can be yourself.

You do not need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We can take it one step at a time, and together we’ll develop a treatment approach that feels meaningful and appropriate for you.
