Great to meet you!

I graduated from Fresno State with my M.S. in counseling. I am trained in EMDR, peripartum women’s mental health, Level 1 EFT, and holotropic breathwork. My professional experience spans a variety of settings, including elementary schools, community mental health agencies, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, and a CSEC STRTP for young women.I have a passion for supporting individuals moving through identity shifts and families navigating the complexities of having a narcissistic family member.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe space where you can challenge the conditioning and roles imposed on you by others without your permission.Healing with me includes addressing aspects of your life that may not feel life-giving or aligned with your inner child’s peace. Alongside well-known interventions such as EMDR, EFT techniques, and DBT skills, I also integrate projective tools like art and Tarot cards to explore deeper aspects of your inner world, bringing a unique and holistic approach to our work together.

What you can expect from me

A sense that you ARE in tune with yourself and THAT is why things feel like they are in disarray. Things are "off" because you deserve to live according to your values and beliefs and you haven't been.
