My approach to therapy

Janine acquired her Bachelors of Science from Florida Atlantic University and went on to complete her Masters at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Janine employs a variety of techniques, namely Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Object-Relations, Gestalt and Assertiveness Skills Training while addressing concerns related to poor ego development and lack of self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and stress management.
