Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I have been in the mental health field for 12 years and a business owner for 6 in private practice. Previous to earning my masters, I was a special education teacher, this has helped me in many ways grow my practice.

My approach to therapy

I use talk therapy in a way that helps YOU learn how to come to YOUR own conclusion. This guides you to think differently in your approach, by being able to separate the problem itself from the emotion that is attached to it. Cognitive behavioral therapy approaches help support the treatment process and I use play therapy techniques for children as well. Please look at my website for more information and ways to contact me for an appointment. www.fullofheartcc.com

What you can expect from me

As a licensed professional counselor my goal is to help clients who are seeking guidance and understanding. Once YOU make a decision to start therapy it is important that YOU agree to commit to fully participate in YOUR journey filled with changes and challenges. I believe I can walk along side a client in his/her journey by first developing a plan that you can commit to.
