As a compassionate Christian Licensed Mental Health Therapist, I provide marriage counseling, couple counseling, family counseling and individual counseling. I'm here to listen and guide you through some of your life most challenging journeys. I've been practicing for more than a decade with extensive experience in trauma, grief, depression, psycho's, anxiety and conflict resolution. I'm also trained to work with those who are experiencing suicidal ideation and self-harming thoughts. I see all ages.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is person centered therapy or Humanistic and CBT. We are individuals therefore your care needs to be individualized. I approach from a holistic approach understanding healing is body, soul and mind.

What you can expect from me

Our first session with be a "get to know each other", building a rapport. I'll learn more about you and your needs. I'm an effective listener. I have a gift of discernment that guides me with patience, understanding and agape love. Confidentiality and respect are always given which leads to trust and healing.
