Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping my clients get to a place where they can feel happiness and peace again. I work primarily with teenagers (ages 14+) and adults. Our beliefs, values, and self-confidence stem from our experiences. They shape our life, and continue on all the way through adulthood as survival and coping mechanisms. If not allleviated, these issues can be detrimental. Together, we can change that.

My approach to therapy

I operate from a CBT & TFCBT framework. I serve the LGQBT+ community and specialize in trauma.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to serve individuals aspiring to find a source of comfort and peace yet struggle with depression and trauma. Together, we can recognize these beliefs, change them, and ultimately improve the way we live life.
