Great to meet you!

I want to help those facing day to day challenges and in need of extra support. I am committed to being apart of that journey by offering faith-based counseling that combines the pillars of Christian faith with the knowledge of mental health and psychosocial functioning. This will assist with your overall wellness and freedom to change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have extensive training and experience in providing therapy and support to individuals facing a variety of challenges. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), and my clinical training has included working with clients of diverse backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in faith-based therapy, strength-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. I integrate spiritual principles and practices into the therapeutic process, helping clients explore how their faith can provide strength and guidance during challenging times. I focus on your strengths, resilience, and past successes to empower you in overcoming challenges.

What you can expect from me

I offer Christian counseling that integrates Biblical principles with therapeutic techniques to support emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. In our sessions, we'll explore how your faith can serve as a source of strength and guidance as we address life's challenges. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, or personal growth issues, my approach is a wholistic combination.
