Great to meet you!

I have worked with many individuals, couples, and families in outpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. I believe that dealing with underlying anxiety and stress on systemic and personal levels is the first step to meaningful change. I approach your mental health concerns with curiosity, compassion and creativity in order to help you begin to learn how to use all these qualities for a healing relationship with yourself.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be what you want and need from it; I work from a person-centered lens first and foremost. I welcome clients from the neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and/or the poly/kink communities, and am eating-disorder informed.

What you can expect from me

People who work with me can expect a warm and nurturing environment, where self-compassion and vulnerability are the first steps in talk-based therapy that explores your history, family, and wider social systems as a part of what makes up you.
