I am a licensed mental health counselor in the Tampa Bay Area and provide therapy in Florida and Massachusetts. I have 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a background in treating co-occurring disorders, common mental health and life challenges. I am passionate about helping young adults, women, and members of the faith community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My experience in community behavioral health has afforded me a diverse background and a non-judgmental perspective. My approach is always mindful of the needs of my clients to assist them in getting the best outcomes for their goals. I am a true believer of “meeting people where they are” to help them address their life concerns.
