Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Janneth. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and everyday challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood while gaining insight, building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change. Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you with care, warmth, and support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. With 10 years of experience, I strive to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I work with children, teens, adults, and families, and I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. In session, we may explore patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, family issues, or major life transitions. We may also work on emotional regulation, communication, coping skills, problem-solving, self-confidence, and practical tools that help you feel more balanced and grounded in daily life. My philosophy is that therapy should feel supportive, useful, and connected to what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and better understand what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, relationships, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, family conflict, or a difficult life transition, I will provide a welcoming and judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we will begin developing goals that feel meaningful to you and create a plan tailored to your unique needs, circumstances, and hopes for change.
