My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client centered. I endeavor to create a warm, safe and nonjudgemental space where you can be transparent, validated and respected. I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is key in achieving success in treatment. Therefore, I strive to work alongside my clients to explore challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes. Together, we will work toward greater emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and increased confidence in navigating life’s ups and downs.
I support adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Problem-Solving Therapy, to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build on their strengths, and develop effective solutions. In addition, as a minister, I also welcome the opportunity to incorporate faith and spirituality into counseling when requested by the client.
