Great to meet you!

It's hard to take care of yourself when you're constantly trying to keep up with everything and everyone around you. You may be a new mother feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself, a woman managing diabetes or a chronic illness while trying to keep up with work and family, or someone whose anxiety makes even simple decisions feel exhausting. Perhaps you're struggling to stay focused, feeling misunderstood by loved ones, or carrying the weight of cultural expectations that leave little room for your own needs. I believe you deserve to feel supported, understood, and valued beyond what you do for others, and my goal is to help you find balance, rebuild confidence, and feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My practice helps individuals cope with stress and decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression. Whether you're constantly worrying about your health, feeling guilty for not enjoying motherhood the way you expected, struggling to manage ADHD, or experiencing panic when something reminds you of a painful event, we'll work together to understand those patterns and find ways to make life feel more manageable. I'll help you challenge thoughts that leave you feeling overwhelmed, process difficult experiences at a comfortable pace, and develop practical ways to manage stress, communicate your needs, and strengthen your relationships. We'll also recognize the strengths you've built through your experiences and use them to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to walk into our first session knowing exactly what's wrong or feeling like you need to explain everything perfectly. Whether you're exhausted from caring for a loved one, struggling with the emotional toll of a chronic health condition, feeling overwhelmed by family responsibilities, or finding it difficult to quiet your thoughts, we'll start with what's been weighing on you most. I'll listen without judgment and take time to understand your experiences, cultural background, relationships, and the challenges affecting your daily life, without pressuring you to share more than you're ready for. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and begin creating a realistic path toward feeling healthier, more balanced, and more comfortable in your own life.
