Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating-but you don't have to go through it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, your story, and the ways they've shaped who you are. This process can be challenging at times, but I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe enough to show up as your true self.

As an Asian American therapist and having grown up navigating two different cultures, I value the role that culture and identity play in shaping our experiences, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and aim to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood.

I believe that you are the expert of your own story. I'm here to help you in making sense of your experiences, deepening your self-understanding, and navigating challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Building a therapeuti relationship based on trust, respect, and authenticity is the core of my work-and I'm committed to showing up for you.

My approach to therapy

I bring experience in crisis intervention and advocacy, which has shaped my approach to be both grounded and compassionate. My work is rooted in a strength-based, client-centered perspective. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to meet you where you are and support you.

What you can expect from me

Please reach out to schedule a 15 minute consultation at [email protected] if you are interested in starting therapy with me! It gives us both a chance to get to know each other prior to committing.
