Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, or sadness—like no matter how much you try, your mind pulls you back into the same patterns? You’re not alone. Many people find themselves carrying beliefs about themselves, relationships, or life that quietly fuel depression and anxiety. The good news is, beliefs can change—and when they do, so does the way you live, love, and show up in the world. As a counselor, I specialize in helping individuals untangle limiting beliefs and shift from a ‘victim’ mindset to a ‘victor’ mindset.

My approach to therapy

Using a combination of evidence-based therapy approaches and faith-informed principles (if you desire), I guide clients in learning how to recognize harmful thought patterns, replace them with healthier truths, and anchor those truths in ways that last. Together, we’ll work on practical tools to reduce symptoms, regulate emotions, and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy is not just about coping—it’s about transforming how you see yourself and what you believe is possible. If you’re ready to step into a healthier mindset and begin living with more freedom and peace, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
