Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to go through things alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply needing a space to process what you're going through, I’m here to support you. I have experience working with adults across a variety of settings providing mental health services. I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, crisis situations, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

My approach to therapy

My style is both supportive and practical, creating a balance between understanding your experiences and taking actionable steps toward change. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques.

Our work together will focus not only on gaining insight into your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, but also on building skills you can use in your daily life to feel more grounded, confident, and in control. My goal is to help you develop tools that are realistic, effective, and supportive of lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you don’t have to filter yourself. I’ll meet you where you are—with empathy, honesty, and respect—while also helping you gently challenge unhelpful patterns and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe being fully yourself, without fear of judgment.

Whether you're navigating a difficult moment or working toward long-term growth, we’ll take it one step at a time, together. I’ll support you in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating progress that feels steady, empowering, and aligned with the life you want to live.
