Great to meet you!

With a MSW from ASU, I bring a diverse professional background to my practice, having worked in private practice, inpatient settings, community mental health, and school social work. I am EMDR, CBT and DBT trained with a trauma-informed approach that focuses on empowering my clients. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, and mood disorders, serving clients from adolescence through the lifespan, including geriatrics.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is direct yet affirming, and I use humor when appropriate to create a comfortable, relatable space. I believe in being open-minded and empathetic, guiding each session with a strengths-based perspective. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition or seeking relief from daily stress, my goal is to meet you where you are, with compassion and respect.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, practical coping tools, and strategies for navigating life’s challenges. I work collaboratively to help you better understand your thoughts and behaviors, build resilience, and improve emotional regulation. My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes, fostering healthier relationships, and feeling empowered in your personal growth. You'll leave with greater confidence and the skills to manage life’s ups and downs.
