Great to meet you!

You are worthy of this work and I’m so glad you are reaching out for therapy! I'm an LCSW/Psychotherapist who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychosocial Dynamics Theory and other modalities to help you find meaningful advances. I have worked with individuals and families for over 15 years as a social worker and specialize in Solution Focused Outcomes because I want you to have practical ways to apply forward movement in your life, career & relationship. Let me know how I can help!

My approach to therapy

I come from a multicultural background and have a multiracial family who are a part of a proud LGBTQ+ community, so I understand the dynamics that go into working daily to support each other where we are now while continuing to grow together. I hope my experience both professionally and personally will give insight as we journey together.

What you can expect from me

I'm licensed to provide mental health therapy in Texas, Indiana, Washington and Massachusetts. I have both my Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and graduated in 2005. In session I utilize a combination of CBT, Solution Focused Outcomes, Emotion and Trauma Focused therapies as well as Attachment theory for a comprehensive wholistic approach.
