Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jarah. I help individuals, couples and teens move beyond survival mode and into deeper connection—with themselves, with others, and with life.

Many of my clients come in carrying things they can’t quite name. They feel stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, weighed down by anxiety, shame, or loneliness they’ve learned to mask. If that’s you, I want you to know: there’s nothing wrong with you. There’s a reason you feel the way you do. And you don’t have to carry it alone.

I specialize in trauma recovery, relationship issues, depression, and identity work. Therapy with me is warm, direct, and deeply human. I bring my full self into the room so you can bring your full self too.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens in connection—when we feel safe enough to explore what we’ve had to keep hidden.

My approach is relational and depth-oriented. We look at how the past shaped your present, not to stay stuck, but to free you from it. We tune into your body, explore what’s been held there, and make space for release and insight.

I show up as a whole person—with honesty, care, and curiosity. We may cry, laugh, or sit in silence. Sometimes we’ll speak what’s never been spoken. Always, the work is real, deep, and collaborative.

You don’t have to perform in this space. You just have to show up. I’ll meet you there.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions feeling more grounded, more self-aware, and more connected to the parts of themselves they’ve struggled to understand.

You won’t walk away with quick fixes. You’ll walk away with clarity, emotional insight, and a deeper sense of self-compassion. Over time, this work helps people move from just coping to truly living.

You’ll feel seen—not just listened to. And you’ll start to recognize the wisdom behind your patterns and the possibilities that come when you’re no longer at war with yourself.
