Great to meet you!

I've worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade now, and have a wide array of clients and experiences to draw from. Everything from Anxiety and Depression, to Bipolar Disorder, to ADHD, to Autism, to Couples counseling, and so much more. I've got specialized training in anxiety counseling and Trauma, as well as extensive experience in working with LGBTQA+ individuals.

My approach to therapy

I'm very person centered in my approach to clients. Just because I have a bunch of schooling, doesn't mean that I'm automatically and expert in your life. We go where you want, work on what you want, and figure out life together.

What you can expect from me

I work with my clients to set goals that they want to accomplish. Example goals may include reducing anxiety, improving emotional intelligence, or eliminating the fear of driving. I try my hardest to create a warm, relaxing, chill environment to engage in with my clients.
