Great to meet you!

At Quiet Harbor Counseling, I provide an identity-affirming, non-judgmental refuge for adults navigating complex sexual trauma, process/sexual addictions, and severe dissociation (including DID). Drawing on high-level clinical expertise from my background with clinical director responsibilities in residential care, I specialize in helping clients process deep relational wounds and untangle compulsive patterns. My practice is a safe space for neurodivergent minds (ADHD/Autism) and the LGBTQ+ community to completely drop the mask and regain their footing.

My approach to therapy

My approach moves beyond traditional talk therapy to process wounds at their root. Using EMDR, Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Ego State therapy, we engage your brain's natural healing systems to resolve trauma without leaving you overwhelmed. We begin by grounding your nervous system to build immediate somatic safety, allowing us to gently revisit, honor, and integrate vulnerable past parts at a pace that feels completely secure.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle, pressure-free space to land. There is no interrogation or expectation for you to share more than you feel comfortable with—your only job is to arrive exactly as you are. We will focus on establishing immediate safety, understanding your goals, and ensuring you feel seen and supported. Together, we’ll map out a collaborative path toward finding your anchor, reclaiming your story, and building an autonomous life.
