Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when it doesn't feel like talking to a robot with a checklist. I'm a real person who understands that life gets messy, and I create a space where we can navigate that messiness together.

As a licensed mental health counselor with over eight years of experience, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, chronic stress, and burnout. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with a human-centered perspective that sees you as a whole person with your own unique story.

I received my degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and have been in private practice since 2016. This experience has shaped my practical, collaborative approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, expect genuine conversation, occasional laughter, and a focus on developing practical strategies that actually fit your life. I offer a judgment-free zone where nothing is off-limits and where your unique experiences are honored. Drawing from person-centered therapy, I believe you're the expert on your own life—my role is to walk alongside you with empathy as you discover your own solutions. I also incorporate evidence-based CBT techniques to help you identify how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, giving you concrete tools to interrupt patterns that no longer serve you. My approach blends warmth with structure, creating space for both emotional exploration and actionable steps toward the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

When you step into our first session, you'll find a space where your whole story is welcome—including the parts you've kept hidden. We'll build genuine connection through thoughtful questions that might shift your perspective while honoring exactly where you are right now. There will likely be unexpected moments of both laughter and deep feeling, because real healing embraces the full spectrum. My hope is that you'll leave feeling both the relief of being truly seen and a spark of possibility about what comes next.
