Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, weighed down by past experiences, or frustrated by patterns that keep showing up in their relationships? I help teens and adults navigate social anxiety, perfectionism, childhood trauma, CPTSD, anxiety and depression, and relationship challenges in a way that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to their needs. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is approachable, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in helping them make meaningful changes. Together, we'll work to better understand what's keeping you stuck and create strategies for change.

My own journey from burnout in corporate oil and gas gave me a deeper understanding of how past experiences, especially trauma and anxiety, shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. I help clients explore patterns like self-doubt, people-pleasing, and anxiety, and build more grounded, authentic ways of relating to themselves and others.

I’ll meet you where you are and support you in understanding your experiences, building confidence, and feeling more in control. A life where you feel more comfortable in your own skin is possible. You don’t have to keep feeling stuck or anxious, and you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

I bring experience in psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, with a special focus on helping individuals understand how past experiences continue to shape present emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior.

What you can expect from me

Treatment, including the methods and frequency of our sessions, is tailored to you, your comfort level, and your individual needs. Often healing looks like telling your story, identifying the impacts of the past along the way, understanding patterns and behaviors you developed, and introducing new ways of looking at things.
