Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in stress, or unsure about your next steps, you’re not alone. Many people reach a point where they want things to feel different but aren’t quite sure how to get there. You might feel mentally exhausted, disconnected, or like you’re carrying more than you can manage on your own. I’m a licensed therapist in Mississippi and Wisconsin with over 11 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges. I work with individuals who are ready to feel more grounded, clear, and in control, even if they’re not sure where to begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on growth. I meet you where you are while gently helping you move toward where you want to be. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop practical strategies to improve your mental, emotional, and relational well-being. Therapy with me is not just about talking through problems, it’s about creating meaningful change. I focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. It’s completely normal to feel unsure or even nervous about starting therapy, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, explore what you want to feel differently, and begin identifying small, meaningful steps forward. Many clients start to notice a greater sense of clarity, relief, and confidence as they begin to better understand themselves and their patterns. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

Starting therapy takes courage, and even considering it is a meaningful step. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, clear, and supported, I’d be honored to work with you. We can take it one step at a time.
