Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jarita.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with a background in generalist clinical practice. I work with individuals across the lifespan. I am particularly passionate about working with adolescents and adults in learning how to navigate relationships, improve executive functioning, or process grief and complex emotions.

My approach to therapy

I bring flexibility and depth to each session. Whether you are building emotional regulation through play or unpacking patterns in adult relationships, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely helpful.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have improved communication skills, emotional clarity and regulation, increased confidence, and a sense of safety and validation. We will also explore creative ways to problem solve.
